Build Momentum Director Luke has over a decade of experience in outsourced business development and lead generation. Coming from a sales background, which has included products ranging from advertising space, to IT equipment to candidates via recruitment, the ability to seek out beneficial opportunities, form powerful relationships, and to approach businesses and individuals from cold, are skills that have been honed over a lengthy period.
Having worked at an outsourced business development provider as the Senior Account Manager, Luke’s primary responsibilities involved maintaining relationships with existing clients, managing their campaigns and often a large amount of calling. Many of Luke’s key Clients during this time were within the construction, built environment, and facilities industries. Having spent eight years there, managing many accounts across several different sectors, Luke found that he was particularly successful with his construction and built environment clients. Initially this led to him working with an ex-colleague who had formed Build Momentum before purchasing the business along with his business partner Peter.
